When will I receive my order?
All of our items are made-to-order, meaning your pieces will be crafted after your order has been placed. We take 1-3 business days to craft and pack your pieces. The delivery date is ultimately dependent on which shipping profile is selected at checkout. We offer Free USPS Ground Shipping on all orders (2-5 business days), but upgrades are available at checkout for additional cost.
What is the return policy?
Because we cannot resell pieces that have been worn or handled for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. We aim to provide clear photos, descriptions, and sizing details so you can feel confident in your purchase, and I’m happy to answer questions before ordering to help you choose the right piece.

What materials do you use?
We use durable, hypoallergenic materials for all our products including 14k gold fill, sterling silver, surgical stainless, and white gold fill. For more in-depth explanation of these materials, please visit our "Materials & Sustainability" article.
Why is my sterling jewelry tarnishing?
All sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time; it’s a normal reaction between the silver and environmental aspects like air, moisture, skin oils, and everyday products like lotion or perfume. Because my jewelry is dainty and made with genuine sterling silver (not coated or plated), it can show this change more quickly, but it’s also easy to gently clean and restore its shine (read below).
How do I clean my sterling silver jewelry?
Store your sterling silver jewelry in a dry, airtight container or pouch when not in use. Do not store your jewelry in your bathroom. Remove it before showering, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes. To clean, gently polish with the provided polishing cloth or a mild soap and water rinse, then dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the finish and delicate components.

Yes, we do!
Because our pieces are handcrafted delicately, we ask customers to always treat their jewelry with care. Should a piece need a repair, please reach out to us through the contact form below, including your order number in your comment. With a small shipping fee of $11.99, we will be able to further identify the issue and make the repair for you.
